Hello everyone, here are some pix and videos of this year's The Fit Expo. It was the first day of the show therefore not as much people. I did have the chance to see the weight in of all competetitors though. Enjoy it!!!

It's not that I am bragging about myself, but you can't find a better tour guide besides me. If friends here are really interested, I can find affordable hotels and transportations......man, it's gonna be one exciting trip!!!

It seems he put on a ton of muscle this year..freaking huge...And Will Harris is huge too. You watched the weigh-in, who do you think have the best condition and what's your prediction? Phil Heath has my vote, and also Toney Freeman. Too bad that Victor Martinez won't compete Ironman and Arnold Classic. Phil Heath V.S. Vic Martinez...
