1.download the winscp sftp
http://www.fgu.edu.tw/~computer/download/winscp/winscp.exe
2.host name→ftp://www1.takesport.idv.tw
user name→chickenbreast
password→(input your password)
3.click save or login
4.after that you can upload your videos.

1. type "ftp://username:password@www1.takesport.idv.tw" in your browser's navigation bar.
username --> chickenbreast
password --> your password
2. after logging in, use copy and paste functions to deal with the file

I want to upload a training video, but I can't log in.

331 User name okay, need password.
