To: T.T Mitsuru Okabe還有拍過那些選手的訓練帶?? 很多阿~~~ 像 BATTLE FOR THE OLYMPIA 1997~2004 都是阿! 這些都是綜合訓練帶!OLYMPIA比賽前收錄很多選手訓練的部位!! 我是覺得Jay Cutler 目前的3片都可看看啦!還不錯 ^^ To: Sam 2片大概16~18 美金(10~14)天送達如要用FEDEX 寄差不多要38元!很貴ㄋ!! 不過用快遞寄比較有保障,他會給你tracking number 到時後不見用這組號碼追蹤貨品即可! 當然買越多相對運費越貴!自己斟酌吧!

來自新北市磅數 528.2磅發文 556 註冊 2003/7/8 上量級中重量級 ★★★☆	To : 黃教練 Flex Wheeler和 Chris Cormier是我最喜歡的黑人選手, 我覺得1998年可說是 Flex 受傷復出後成績最好的一年,很可惜冠軍從 Dorian Yates易主後還是被Ronnie Coleman奪走了!還記得1997年Ronnie Coleman奧林匹亞成績才排名第九! 不曉黃教練覺得Flex Wheeler和 Chris Cormier 哪位選手較強呢?? 我覺得Flex Wheeler各方面條件還是"略優"於Chris Cormier!

Shawn Ray 曾公開質疑 Wheeler 多次說他的小腿有"人工造假"! 也有人說他肩三角肌"怪怪的"! Wheeler 的人緣不是很好!他以前一陣子幫 Bio-Chem 營養品公司代言,他的好搭擋 David Yuan(楊斯大哥兒子)曾送我一件Wheeler 代言的 T恤,我後來穿到日本時,被一位 Mr.O 比賽級的選手吐槽,他跟我說:你怎麼會穿這個 asshole 的衣服?! 據認識接近 Wheeler 的人說,他其實比起其他選手算是比較沒那麼認真苦練!! 阿諾誇他是 :....one of the best bodybuilders of all time !! ....................................................... 這是他後來身體快出問題時的狀況.

Tom Prince 從 23 歲開始用類固醇,到2002年每一個十六星期的 cycle 共用了13種不同的藥!(不是只有類固醇)!這樣一個 cycle 花掉超過 4000 美金! 據他自己透露,可能是過量服用一種止痛藥叫做 Advil ,才造成這麼嚴重後果! *Tom Prince在今年四月初有跟老搭擋 Bob Cicherillo一起出現在健身院,看起來精神還好,不過瘦了一號變得很小隻!

來自台北市磅數 54.6磅發文 59 註冊 2006/3/31 量級雛量級 ★	其實一直覺得很奇怪~~~常常都很多人說~~國外職業健美選手用藥是公開的秘密~~ 但是這樣未啥警方辦不到他們呢?只要突擊藥檢~~~應該是沒有問題的呀!!!!!! 而且既然攜帶就算是違法~~~怎麼可能都查辦不到這一些選手~~或著使用的人呢???? 而且選手到底有無用藥~~~~其實應該也是可以觀察出來的吧?????

Operation Gear Grinder is a 21-month Organized Crime Drug Enforcement Task Force (OCDETF) investigation that targeted eight major steroid manufacturing companies, their owners, and their trafficking associates. The following companies were also investigatied: Brovel, Tornel, Pet's Pharma, Syd Group, and Loeffler. By reviewing the sources of all seized and analyzed steroids submitted to the DEA’s forensic laboratories, DEA intelligence analysts and diversion investigators found that 82percent of the steroids seized and analyzed are of Mexican origin. These businesses conducted their sales via the Internet, and DEA estimates their combined total U.S. steroid sales are $56 million per year. DEA also identified over 2,000 U.S. customers that have received steroids from the businesses indicted today. These customers consist of individual users, street-level dealers, and organized trafficking groups in dozens of cities across the country. According to the Drug Enforcement Administration: "For a prescription to be valid under [U.S.] federal and state law, there must be a bona fide doctor patient relationship, which is defined by most state laws to require a physical examination. “Completing a questionnaire that is then reviewed by a doctor hired by the internet pharmacy could not be considered the basis for a doctor/patient relationship.” Vol. 66 Federal Register 82, PP 21181-21184 (April 27, 2001) ***大致上是講去年破獲美國有史以來最大的非法類固醇案件詳情! 以及再度說明什麼情形才叫做合法的醫師(類固醇)處方!

HOW TO TURN PRO - by Tom Prince "如何才能變成一位職業選手" I'm going to cut right to it. Here's EXACTLY, word for word, what it takes for anyone to turn pro: 1. Genetics 天生條件 2. Busting your ass in the gym 在健身院要拼命練 3. Knowing how to eat alot of good food 知道如何吃一堆好的食物 4. Knowing what it means to "rest" 知道"休息"真正是什麼意思 5. 12-15 YEARS of being consistant, and never missing a scheduled workout (*note: you are allowed to miss 2-3 workouts in that 12-15 years for funerals, family tragedy, etc.) 持續不斷練12-15年,不能漏失掉一次的練習課程!(這其間頂多只能漏失2-3次,譬如家有喪事) NOW.. here's how 1-5 plays out: Your GENETICS, you are born with, and can do nothing about. 來自台中市磅數 231.8磅發文 354 註冊 2006/2/16 量級輕中量級 ★★☆	可是如果不用類固醇要進奧林匹亞的前10名是不可能的吧.. 因為我看那些所謂的自然健美的比賽線條根奧林匹亞的不會差很多可是肌肉的size真的差蠻多的我認為天生的條件應該還包含了對藥的敏感度為什麼有些選手用一用還沒搞出個名堂就說掰掰了有些選手用了活的好好的 2科腎臟也都還在還贏了好多棟房子還有好多部跑車還有好多錢.. 純屬個人想法..
