這項產品本身在美國就有點貴了
五磅就差不多要50~60美金 (所以那位賣家的價格還算滿合理的)
但是說真的,感覺上,比較多人使用的,還是Optimum ON whey protein!
不過 見人見智啦
IsoBolic這項產品的蛋白質含有這幾種:
Cross-Flow Micro-Filtrated Whey Protein Isolate,
Micellar Casein,
Egg Isolate (Egg Albumin),
Whey Protein Concentrate
說穿了 其實沒有很特別
在美國這項產品的廣告訴求
是說 可以有anti-catabolic
也就是避免肌肉流失
但是 其實每種蛋白質都可以做到
另外他也訴求 使用後可以連續
達到七個小時的蛋白質補充(positive nitrogen balance / nitrogen-saving, 氮滯留效果)
其實那就是我們熟悉的酪蛋白(Casein)的功效而已
因為酪蛋白的消化時間比較長 所以適合睡前使用
如果真的很想要使用酪蛋白
純的酪蛋白 我記得中華營養的小木偶兄好像有賣
要使用任何產品之前 要有基本的了解
畢竟是要吃下肚子的 多了解總是無傷大雅
更不要輕易被漂亮的外表給騙囉
其實使用一般的 Optimum ON whey protein或是Pro-rated protein就很夠了
畢竟健美是要花錢的
在能夠達到一定效果的範圍內
能省就省吧
小弟淺見
另外 小弟沒有幫任何人打廣告
也沒有要破壞任何人的生意
純粹只是單純的發言而已

根據NutraBolics公司推出的IsoBolic這項蛋白飲品的成分表來看
根本沒有加入 AAKG 等相關其他可 Cell-Volumizing 的物質
所以並不會有所謂的"爆筋效果"

只是台灣賣家自己給的名稱
並不是美國Nutrabolics公司取的
不過Nutrabolics公司也有推出爆筋效果的產品
如NOZ supercharged, NOZ Full Throttle
現在市面上爆筋效果的產品太多了
