By eating glutose will help to gain weight? coz from wad i know is tat those glutose powder contains quite alot carbo. so if im drinking those glutose will help me gain muscle? or mostly will gain fats? and wad's the different between those glutose powder made drink and coca cola? coz coca cola or those soft drink also contain quite alot sugar. is sugar better or glutose for gaining muscle?
