That fake fire place looks very real to me, Coach Huang!! My fire place use gas, not wood but it look nice, dosen't it. I have to train my clients in front of the fire place because the condo which I live in is not very spacious.
Johnny, I did a research before I purchase that smith machine. It is a smith machine combined with 3 high pulley and 1 low pulley plus racks for free weights (olympic bars). The original price was $1300 and I got it for $650 (great deal I got, hahaha, but you have to DIY which took me more than 8 hours...). I also got this set of dumbell and racks for $300 only, it comes with racks and dumbells from 5lb up to 40lbs. The most expensive thing in the gym is the treadmill, $999............my wife wants a good one so................hahaha no choice. Hopefully I'll have enough clients to pay my bills (all on credit cards), wish me good luck.
Matt, I love my little gym. Even it is not very big, but it is well equipted. As you said, I save more time and I can charge my client less and same time, making more money. This way, my clients are happier, I am happier.

How lucky you are. I wish I could have my own gym in the future. But the treadmill is a little steep. And I'm wondering why did you wanna live in the States? Because of the envirment or work? I'm not quite get it.. lol
