Do you jog everyday?? if so ...your ankle might be pain because repeated stress-given. it's just like those people who serve in the military and need to march everyday. they give thier foots repeated stress during marching, so they got foot fracute more easily. if your ankles have already pain for several days,i think you should go to the hospital & ask for a MRI examination(magnetic resornace image)which is very usefull for diagnosing tendon & ligament rupture.

I always find the bottom of my right ankle and my left testicle in pain after I jog(even short time).
最近常覺得我右腳腳踝和左邊睪丸在慢跑後會隱隱作痛(即使只是短時間的慢跑)
I am sure I never try to have a heavy steepping when I jog.
我確定當我慢跑時我從未踏步太激烈
May I know the reason why? Is there anybody can help me.
很想知道到底是為什麼?有那位好心的大大可以幫幫我嗎
I do bodybuilding so that i have a bit over-weighted(168cm, 85kg, around 20% body fat).
因為我有健身,所以體重比常人重了一些(168公分,85公斤,體脂肪大約20%)

睪丸會痛毆!!你之前有做一些過度激烈的運動嗎??還是你平常有穿很緊的褲子然後撞到之類的??
如果是這樣的話可能是睪丸"torsion"就是睪丸扭轉吧!!也就是說因為上述的因素使提供睪丸血液的血管鈕轉打結使血流不通...你可以摸摸看兩邊的睪丸方向...因為血流不通會使睪丸內的細胞得不到養份..嚴重可能會壞死歐!!如果不會摸...那就找醫生吧!!

可能是"罹患精索靜脈曲張" 我有罹患過 前幾年開刀過了 現在比較好了 不然之前真的會很痛 因為血液不循環的原因

Thank you so much guys( especially the one help me to translate my article in Chinese). I don't wear tight underwear so much, but only when I do work out, I will then wear supporter. However, I seldom jog after work out....!! I have checked with a clinical doctor, but he doesn't give me an apparent answer. He just said that I walk too much..! well, my job need me to walk and stand a lot Is that the reason...?

Before you look for second medical opinion, there are other alternatives to keep up your cardiovascular fitness other than jog. Pain in the groin area certainly rules out the exercise bike, but did you try elliptical trainer? It is a very effective low-impact cardio machine. You may wanna give it a try. IMHO.

You are right . My tights are quite big, but I use to wear T-back or supportor for jogging, as you know they can help to rise up my "package" from the gap of my tights. Therefore, it may not be that...?!
