新年快樂萬事如意越來越大隻!!!

It's been really busy lately and I am fat as usual. This New Year's resolution is as usual..........PUT ON MORE MEAT AND BE MORE DEFINED!!! Hopefully I can get better this year.............

To 肥吱吱: My multi-function station is built by Weiders (well....I think that is just the brand name, not manufacturer). The best way to purchase a workout station, for me, is not through particular website. You should go to local gym equipment stores, big ones such as sports authority or sport chalete. Since they are such a big store, there might be a bigger chance that they will over stock their inventories or they can get it with a better price. Do not look for the latest equipment, look for the ones that are on sale. The reason you have to physically be there is that you have to try out the equipments to make sure they have good handling, smooth cable movement and good angels for machines etc. Don't just buy the machines for it's look and price, try it. Also find a friend who had a truck to save money on shipping. You can also save the money on assembling the equipment, normally they charge 1-2 hundred dollars for assembling. One more tip, if you live in the states, checkout this website and look for second hand equipments. www.craigslist.com To all: Hope you all had a great new year vacation, time to rock and roll and be prepared for summer.
