first year
i came to canada. i start workout since i was 16, 17, and i was in a swimming team since 14

2005.10

i started to take supplement in 2006.01
i spent next whole summer(summer 07) workout. 7 days a week, weight and swim.

since 2006 September, i workout monday to friday, 5 days a week except summer and christmas and the public holiday

bench press in November,06 was 205lbs

2007.01
moved to new apartment, 2 mins walk to the gym!
this 4 months, i made a big mistake, i misunderstood the meaning of getting bulky and getting bigger, i took some weight gainer, my bodyweight gained 15lbs in 2 month, January and February.



bench press in February,07 was 215lbs

u can see the size different after i took the weight gainer(of course i ate a lot too), but notice. lot of fat!!

was working out in the gym in vancouver, saw lots of big guy, learnt a lot from them. i tested my body fat, i remember it was over 20%
and finally realized the mistake i made. i ate out every day, almost every meal, gained too many fat.

first day back to the "home" gym at the college. looked at the mirrow, i realized i should start cutting fat!
since the gym was not open, so i spend the whole 2, 3 week do cardio, running in the soccer field.
i started workout again in spetember, and i remember i couldnt bench press 105lbs, i could barely did 3 reps of bodyweight dip. the reason of that is i skipped one month of work out!

2007.10.07
i have already started to control my weight, i dont do cardio, but i keep eating regularly, and my body hasnt changed much since 8 months ago, around 77kg, means i have been transferring fat to muscle. i work out 5 days a week.
and i start a new program, i gave myself a new goal - to train my back and see how much different i can get before April, 2008.

as youall can see, my back is very weak, even the past 2 semesters i meant to focus on my back.
i built up some mass, but my lays are still small and nth wide enough
any suggestion?

wow! we can see you change obviously, includes the muscle , the shape more sturdy, your back is growed up,too. oh! and your hair is very chic and impressive. Keep up and take care.

ha, such a small world huh? never imagine would see some ppl in other forum
i dont usually post in the bodybuilding section
only sometime see some really dum question cant help to tease at them .....

i am mostly wearing evisu, the samurai i got like for half year, still pretty much brand...dont like the cutting + it is too long.
TFH i only wear like couple time a month.
also, have got some nbhd lately, so, not much time for TFH.
u wear jeans too? otherwise u shouldnt know me on uwants, since i dont post much.

i mentioned in this post that i was in vancouver last summer, the gym i went was fitness world downtown.

when is the competition? i may get a change to head down to the coast !

I don't buy jeans in Vancouver, not many choices. I will go back to HK this year. So I aim for
1) Denime 66xx
2) Skull Jeans 5002XX
3) Sugar Cane SC41947
4) Studio D'Artisan SD-301

Since I am a newbie, I don't know much about jeans, but those jeans above are highly recommend at uwants. So I will give them a shot. Can you give me more suggestions?

Maybe you are bigger.
I train and eat very hard, I don't eat out, I cook and eat clean foods all year around. But I don't think it's enough, there are way too many hard-working genetical monster out there.
Last year I trained with a natural pro, he suggested me to compete, but I don't think I am ready, I will give couple more years myself. I will be a fucking freak.Trust me.
I am small, but I try and work hard.
Keep up the good work bro.

i was in van the whole last summer
only place i found unwash jp jeans was in gas town
there were APC, sugar cane, Levis, hystric and some other brand
u may want to take a look.

highly recommended in uwants should be 66XX
skull just lately have some ppl post it, got heat up
studio i wanted to get one be4 i got my samurai, but not much good choice from studio.
sugar cane is fine, 47 cut seems popular, but i have never had, also, the new SC 47 got no red tag and the back pocket pattern now, not sure if there is in take 5.

depends on wt u want. as a beginner, like if u sure u could stay with the same jeans for a long time (66XX) or u want fast result like i did (TFH) and if u are not afraid of not getting used to the rough denim could try samurai as well.

for me, beside those i have/had, i have some i want, like eternal 811, denime 66XX, Sc 阿波羅, Levis 44', 201XX, eternal 872, samurai s5000XX 21 oz
i didnt get those yet reasons are like i aint sure if i am ok to have jeans without back pocket pattern, since i want to 粗, but at the sametime i am not that hardcore old school, i want a little bit trendy feel.

i was 178lbs max last summer, but i keep my weight around 74-78kg this 10 months, havent changed much. so i am getting rid of the fat and getting much leaner.
i also train hard, almost 5 days a week for the past 2 years, especially the past 10 month, u can see the different sharp after i get rid of some fat.
but i dont really eat straight, last summer was even horrible, i ate out every day for 3 month in vancouver.
when i was in fitness world, i was just average size, i used to be one of the biggest in my college gym, no matter among canadian or asian, but when i got to van, the first time i met those ppl with nice triceps, some with those vein like model in the megazine like crazy, and some i think they sure do in roids.
i wish i could get a chance to meet some pro, and train like a pro, u want, only dedicated is not enough, if i could try in the right way, and not to go thing waste my time, it would be much more efficient.
i am going to Uvic in sep, hopefully i would get a change to train with some new crew.
right now i still have more target, like a wider lats, better upper chests, the 2 heads in my biceps, and a better deltoids, especially the rear delt.
i am aiming 3 plate on the bench at least, 17-18" arm, and a bigger chest size
