RELEASE NOTES:

* This in not your usual VCD quality bullcrap that others release.

* They use capture cards where signal from set top receiver goes thru a cable
(seems to be coaxial in W4F case) to capture card in the computer. So there is
conversion from Mpeg2 to analog and then back to Mpeg1. This results in loss
of quality, grainy picture.

* My releases are captered digitally with PCI DVB card, which turns my computer into PVR.

* In my setup there is no need for cables or any conversions. I see picture on my
monitor and when I record, I get file directly on my Hard Disk in Mpeg2 format.
Which is basically same Mpeg2 stream that they have at Bell EVU.

* No quality loss, no bulls**t encoding, transmission, etc. I just encoded it
into DivX 5.1 at 750 kbps video bit rate.
