Alright Chickenbreast, that's amazing result for one month dieting. We can start seeing definitions of the arms and I believe pretty soon, the abs will show. Are you using any fat burning supplements along with your diet, give me some suggestions. I am trying to gain some size lately. I am using creatines (Apex Volumizer), works pretty well. I gained 6 lbs in 2 weeks. I will be cutting down the fat once I reach 190lb and I will be appreciated if you can share your dieting secret. Good Luck and keep up the good work.
