dieting is not over yet, still has one more week left, and usually the last week is what makes a good bodybuilder different than the bad ones. The hardest part about dieting is not being able to eat the food u want.
In general what i started with was cutting the junk food like chips, chocolate, fries, anything that has a lot of fat. When i started doing that, my body starts to lose some weight, of course only a little bit maybe 2-3 lbs. Then my body starts to get used to it so i had to introduce something different to "SHOCK" my body, i did that by cutting out bad carbs at night time, when i started doing that, i lost a bit more weight, then i had to introduce more stuff to shock my body whether it's cardio or less carbs.
You have to remember that your body is very good at adapting to changes. A lot of bodybuilders start out by doing something very drastic to shock their body and in the end they end up losing more muscles. Example i usually tell people is that if u can lose weight by eating 3000 calories then keep eating 3000 calories, dont try to eat 2000 thinking that u can lose more.

Here is a diet that i started with at 12 weeks out, have a look
Meal one:
1 can Tuna 140 calories = 140
1 scoop Whey 100 calories = 100
2 s Oats 114 calories = 228
Total 468
Meal two
2 scoop Whey 100 calories = 200
3 Rice Cakes 60 calories = 180
Total 380
Meal three
1 can Tuna 140 calories = 140
1 c Rice 150 calories = 150
Total 290
Meal four
2 scoop Whey 100 calories = 200
3 Rice Cakes 60 calories = 180
Total = 380
Meal five
6 oz Chicken 50 calories = 300
1 cup Rice 150 calories = 150
small salad calories = 50
Total= 500
Meal six
2 whole eggs 80 calories = 160
4 egg whites 14 calories = 56
2 Whey 100 calories = 200
10 baby carrots 2 calories = 20
Total 436
TOTAL calories 2454

Here is the diet that i am using on the last week, notice the calories are lower, the carbs are lower and the types of carbs i'm using are slower carbs rather than lots of rice cakes. And of course i did not change from the first diet to this diet directly, i slowly changed it to this diet as part of the method to SHOCK the body everytime i hit a plateau

Meal one 4 oz Chicken 50 calories = 200

我很佩服在國外的健身的人,不是他們天生體格壯碩
而是他們很明確的課表定的清楚(說不定課本總編也沒整理那麼好)
以及他們會將自已的進步狀況拍照下來,科技&知識也很充足
雖然我看不懂英文..不過我很佩服你。
逆境是種壓力,也是向上進的推力。
