用了半個月
覺得很不錯
訓練日
小弟都是訓練前一小時半匙沖300西西
訓練中邊練邊喝一匙半沖600西西
非訓練日
午餐後2小時一匙沖600西西
小弟並不想增重太多且怕增加身體負擔
故份量不多

pro-rated is a good choice if you run out of money. I buy ON when i'm a bit richer but i still stick mostly to pro-rated... my first bottle of whey was a GNC product... 2800 for 3 pounds... crazy!!!

GNC產品如何? 我記得有一款GNC - ISLATE MEGA WHEY PROTEIN 含有很多其他維他命之類的營養
但小弟不確定GNC產品好不好用...所以這次還是買了ON產品...
可否給與使用心得參考...謝謝!

i personally think GNC products are very professional and effective. If you ever tried comparing GNC's whey protein with others, you'll find that it dissolves perfectly in water and it has great taste and smell to it. soluability seems to be an important factor to body absorbtion of protein. I feel great using GNC products and never had any stomach problems with it... (nitro-tech kinda gives me diaharea)the only problem is the cost of GNC products is rocket high... if you get a VIP card, you can get a 20% off discount... however, tat'll still cost you around 2200 for 3lbs... and 3lbs gets finished like like 2 weeks... crazy money... ^^;;

據我的印象，如果在美國購買GNC的乳清蛋白，特價的時候好像三十幾塊美金就6磅裝的，不過在台灣的話就真的很貴。

i surely agree with you. all supplements are at least 3x the price when being sold in taiwan... makes it hard for people staying here T__T
