Dear all professionals,
i did gym almost 3.5 months (from end of june to now) and my weight from 138lbs to now 120lbs (weigh this morning), my chest now is 33", waist "26" and hips"33", i did cardio (treadmill everyday for 45mins) and weight lifting every next day and now really need you guys professionals' opinion, do i need cardio (treadmill) still? or reduce to 2-3 times x 60mins a week?or mainly focus on building my muscles? of coz my aims is more muscular. i din't take any whey protein except soy protein from fancl house (i'm a vegetarian)+ L-Caritine + multi-vitamins daily also.
