想請問一下...有哪位前輩使用過EAS 發速壯四代 Mass Factor 嗎?
他的建議使用方法(一份四匙，沖泡480cc的冷水或牛奶中)
ㄧ次四匙....會不會太多了ㄚ...
還有含基酸鈉是不是也可以在健身前使用ㄚ...

我有經驗滴~我回你第一個問題~因為這其實在之前就有文章討論過~而我也說出了我的經驗~但你可以先試泡看看的~首先..準備個搖杯或是礦泉水那種600cc的罐子加入四平匙的粉~你先看看~光是四匙的粉就佔了杯子至少6~7成容量~除非你拿更大的杯子~此時再加入近500cc的開水或牛奶~然候開始搖~講到這我已經有點反胃了~因為我很久之前剛吃增重粉就是照著賣家說的一份四匙~加400cc以上的水來泡然候全部嗑掉~而且還很稠~漲飽感可想而知~下場很慘不但想吐還拉肚子~所以我覺得你應該把一次一份4匙的量改分成2次在正餐之後喝~一次只需加1匙半到2匙就夠了~或者說你應該一天分成好幾次來喝~而不是光喝一次~然候一次就把四匙的量嗑掉!

我有一點小疑問...
它裡頭量量匙...在底部寫著70cc
可是1kg=1000g 1公升=1000cc 又1kg=1公升
那不就1kg=1000cc....
一個量匙70g..可是它一份只要200kg...
其實它實際上不就只要2匙多不到3匙的粉而已?
像我喝N-large...
它是Serving Size 4 Scoops(152g)
可是也是附70cc的量匙...
是不是一份其實只要2匙多一點點就好...
不用到4匙....不然4匙不就70cc*4=280g了??

人體大約一次可吸收蛋白質的量大約是 30克的蛋白質(有人說40克) 一次食用200克的蛋白質
老實說 除了浪費之外對身體的負擔也不小 一般純乳清蛋白一匙是23克的蛋白質 所以每3-4小時
補充一次達到一天蛋白質所需.會比您一次"灌"200克蛋白質來的有效 睡前補充一次(純乳清)
我覺得效果不錯喔熱量才110卡 又可以補充睡眠時候的蛋白質消耗 您參考看看
我詢問過 GMC 的小姐 喝乳清蛋白用果汁機打 加入一點點的木瓜含有 木瓜酵素可以幫助消化吸收喔 雖然他一直推薦我買 GMC木瓜酵素 = =b
趁木瓜便宜時候 買一堆 切小塊冷凍起來每次加一小塊 讚!!
