our arm, hv 3 main part muscle, one is bicep(i saw some ppl can make it seems like 2), and there are 2 part in triceps, take right arm as example, one is on right side, another one is closer to body, i want to ask how to practise the one outside?
inner one we can do Seated dumbbell extension, i think it works a lot, but outer one is hard for me.
i try Straight Bar Triceps Pushdown, but doesnt really work, if i stress my triceps, it comes put, but i want to make it obverious even i didnt stress it.

also how do those bodybuilder practise their biceps?
normal we can make it big, and high, but they can make it looks like sepreate in 2 parts(left and right) then they stress them
