請問是"所有種類的類固醇",在美國都是違法的嗎？
我聽朋友說,有一些是,有些不是,所以不太清楚。
想弄個明白。

You should be aware that anabolic steroids are a drug like any other. In the United States, it is against the law to use anabolic steroids without a prescription.
*The Anabolic Steroid Control Act of 1990 - controlled steroids as a class of drug in Schedule III, including 27 named specifically.
*The Anabolic Steroid Control Act of 2004 - placed 32 additional steroids in Schedule III and expanded DEA’s regulatory and enforcement authority regarding steroids.
*Penalties for convictions of the offenses alleged in the indictment include a maximum penalty of 5 years of imprisonment, and fines up to $250,000 dollars. Defendants with prior felony drug convictions face a statutory maximum penalty of 10 years of imprisonment, and fines up to $500,000 dollars.

Anabolic Steroid在美國是列為三級管制藥物!
跟古柯鹼,海洛因同等級!
連Prohormones從2005,1,20起都被列為禁藥!大家不可不知啊!

我指示想搞清楚是不是所有種類的steroids都列為三級管制,_,"

 根據BBC 3月8日的報導:
最近出版的一本書'Game of Shadows ',透露San Francisco Giants職棒的選手 Barry Bonds從1998年開始就開始使用各種類固醇!
Barry的教練Greg Anderson去年因提供類固醇被判刑三個月!
這整個案件牽扯到前一陣子我提到的藥廠 Balco,包括老板Victor Conte現在都有事!
這件事情現在在美國鬧的滿'國'風雨!!

《黑暗的比賽Game of Shadows》一書爆料巨砲邦斯（Barry Bonds）服用禁藥風波持續發酵，身為邦斯第701轟「苦主」的老將威爾斯（David Wells）放話：「我不希望Barry在尚未證明自己『清白』前，就超越貝比魯斯（Babe Ruth）的714轟紀錄，這只會讓球迷更厭惡比賽！」

舊金山記事報記者出書爆料，指出保有大聯盟單季73支全壘打紀錄的邦斯從1998年起就開始大量服用類固醇，並且至少持續了5個球季，對於本季將挑戰名將貝比魯斯、漢克阿倫（Hank Aaron）全壘打紀錄的邦斯無疑是一大打擊。

邦斯生涯累計708支全壘打，只差7支就可超越貝比魯斯排名史上第二，距離漢克阿倫的755轟大聯盟紀錄，也只差47支，不過邦斯20年職業生涯累積的豐功偉業，極可能因禁藥化為烏有，威爾斯語重心長的說：「如果邦斯真的欺騙球迷，開誠佈公恐怕會比繼續隱瞞贏得更多尊重。」

正在佛州坦帕市參加春訓熱身賽的洋基教頭托瑞（Joe Torre）認為，邦斯的棒球天份無庸置疑，這次被爆料恐怕是他職業生涯的最大難關，「尊重球賽是每位球員應有的認知，更何況大聯盟紀錄遠比其他職業運動來得重要許多。」托瑞主張：「聯盟應持續追蹤禁藥疑雲給球迷交代，保持懷疑提供邦斯自清機會，對雙方面都有好處。」

 美國職棒》邦斯又被爆料 長期使用類固醇
【聯合新聞網 本報綜合外電報導】



去年飽受禁藥傳聞困擾美國職棒(新聞、網站)的全壘打王邦斯，7日又被人指出長期使用類固醇、生長激素等禁藥，以增加他的全壘打威力；對於這項「指控」，正在舊金山巨人春訓的邦斯不以為然的說：「我根本不看這些報導，毫無需要。」

舊金山紀事報記者費納魯瓦達及威廉斯出書爆料，邦斯從1998年起就大量使用禁藥，以幫助他在球場上的表現，至少持續了五個球季。本月13日出刊的運動畫刊，摘錄了預定27日上市的這本書（Game of Shadows）一些內容，預料將再會掀起波濤。

邦斯是單季73支全壘打的美國職棒紀錄保持者，生涯全壘打708支，僅落後漢克阿倫的755支、貝比魯斯的714支，今年有可能挑戰漢克阿倫的生涯最多紀錄。去年球季前捲入禁藥疑雲，邦斯乾脆跑去治療膝傷，一直到最後半個月才重返大聯盟比賽。

他2003年底他向大陪審團表示，曾經塗抹訓練員安德森給他使用的乳液，他並不清楚那些東西含有類固醇；但兩名記者在新書中指出，邦斯非常了解這些藥物，會用注射、口服藥片、舌下滴入及塗抹等不同方式使用禁藥。
