Hi everybody.I'm from Hong Kong.Could you all pls give me some advice?I've been working hard in gym for about 8 months.In this period,I've focused on the upper part without doing anything about the legs.I also keep drinking the N-Large2 and the creatine.My weight increased from 143 lbs to 160 bls till now(175cm).How's the progress?Is there any room that I can improve?But I do think I don't get enough meat on my body and that's why I don't look the same as the other guy in the gym.Pls give me some advice...
