Machine flys, cable cross over, close grip bench press are good choices. When you are doing machine flys, be sure not to do it fast, or you will use the power of the acceration from outer chest instead of using your inner chest to do the work. There is another good way to do machine flys just for inner chest, that is when you open your arms only to 60 degree(Both arms open 60 degree), do not open all the way down, then close it. Concentrate on the center. You will not use your outer chest this way.
