Sorry... When I was doing lat pull down today using the weight for about 5rep max, I felt that there was something broken in my arms, and after that my biceps seemed to be unable to control my forearms efficiently.
1 hour after the incident I went to the doctor at my school. The doctor said that it might to due to overuse of the muscle. But I doubt it. I am going to a physiotherapist tomorrow to sooth my worry.

I suggest you to go for MRI to see if there were any muscle or joint injuries. I do not think it was due to over-use your muscle. You also should looking for a sport medicine Doctor instead of a physical therapist. A Physical Therapist is not a Doctor, I do not trust them.

The reason I asked you to take MRI is that only MRI can tell you for sure if your muscle or joints are injured. I hurt my right shoulders a year and half ago, the Doctor said that I 'MAY" torn my ligament, and need a surgery. He give me a referral to a physical therapist to have some physical therapy, I just went once and all the session just told me to do some simple exercises. I quit go there for only one visit. I start my workout with a lot of warm up sets. And it took me about 12 month to heal. Now my right shoulder works like new again. Do not be upset, go for a MRI. If it is not serious, you will heal, just the matter of time.
